Statsman - The quarterly report had lots of positive info in it plus a timeline for updates yet there are 75000 available at 23c and 100000 available at 24c and apparently no-one thinks thats cheap because they haven't been bought ?

It would be a different situation if there wasn't any stock available in the first few price ticks.

C.K - I think you could have a bottom fish at 23c with a stop loss at 20c if you were a punter - but probably safer to see a 2 day closing price above 31c to confirm a new uptrend.
