True. But its also been sitting at these levels for months now and there hasn't been any big fundamental change / big announcements. Anyone who is interested in the stock from a FA standpoint is likely to be fully invested by now. The way I see it, the shareholders is now likely to consist of two populations: (i) long term-holders who have already acquired the their stake in the project and are no longer buying up big; and (ii) short-term traders who are trying to make a quick buck of small movements.

The only way this is going to ramp up is for a large number of "new" investors to become interested in the stock. This is why getting some brokers on board to value the project is so important.
