C.K - I think you may be confused with director and staff buying and selling around announcements . I have numerous other stocks that have had bot trading before and after announcements on the same day.

Even companies with buybacks in place can use bots to buy stock on the day of announcements restrictions only apply as far the insider trading rules and PLV,s own corporate governance guidelines they don't apply to third party brokers using algorithmic trading methods..
