Maybe, but from a F/A perspective, this is well below fair value still. T/A may say it is "overbought" in some abstract sense (RSI / Stochastics / Bolliger bands), but F/A says that this is well short of overpriced in terms of the enterprise value. Not having a go, just don't think that T/A tells the whole story. There is a reason that this stock has been traded on such thin volumes: "Mr Market" is offering peanuts and the majority of holders know it. THis will stay trading on light volumes until the buyers step up to offer a reasonable price.
