Yup. And one thing that I've learned over the decades of market participation is that the 'ship of state' is leakier than a sieve. Equity markets always seem to 'magically' know which way a government decision is going to go before it gets announced.
From the way the SP has been defying market gravity, I think that us picking up Constellation's contract from the DOE is a racing certainty.
