yes its a good thing if the closing candle pattern has a smaller body (3 points) than the lower 4 point shadow.
It basically means the bears failed to hold it down when it reached the old support level . With .10c as a decile and current upper resistance it may not rebound but consolidate at .10 for a bit...

also look up Doji,hammers and Takuri patterns.....they all have degrees of reversal strength...
