re: rba interest rate target is 6.5 was the same on the gold gold coast 12/18 months ago could not find a seller...now the buyers have gone...if you cant smell a sell in boom in WA you need help..i would sell the inflated WA property & look at buying in the very depressed eastern states if YOU want to buy real estate ..all real estate is doomed to go lower at least another 2/3 years of pain to come..i can get %6.6 in bank west return why buy a property ?? with another 2 rate rises coming SELL property & property shares ..good luck
