NRT traded very well today. And it looks like the turn will be pretty fast. After such a slowish decline over so many days there could very well only be the ONE day of $4-80....no re-test of it.

They are below their 'rise slope' (short term one) so the first target to look for should be around $5-40/50, taking about 5 days or so from the turn. (which could be right here already!).

The danger side is that they are overall quite high. So if they lose the interest that is keeping them powering on above a reasonable true value (in a good up trend) they will fall back to a zone of $4-50/$4-00 area!! So if this turn now doesn't fill out well, and $4-80 area gets broken, you better consider bailing out!! Or if you are a believer....hold those, but add more in low $4's! And just WAIT the few months it would probably take to all head into gains.

You never know.....some news might turn up to accelerate it all.

News?? Is a good rocket boost to share prices. But is also a dangerous (?) gamble to wait on, that makes people hold onto shares whilst all the smart money leaves town!
It is unpredictable....in timing. And making consistent money in trading is all about GOOD TIMING! (with a dash of luck thrown in!)
