I could not agree more with you!
I once read that NASA research showed nuclear power likely prevented over 1.8 millions deaths between 1971 and 2009 by replacing coal and gas power plants. Hopefully humanity can realise the opportunity cost of delaying a much needed nuclear renaissance before it's too late.
