Howdy Kman,
I would have to agree that WBC is going to bounce from here ($16 does seem a reasonable target).
I think this because the RSI is in oversold territory and for the last two trade days WBC has had identical lows, a crude tweezer bottom perhaps??
WBC goes ex div on the 20th of this month so investors may take advantage of the recent price weakness to secure dividend (not sure of divvy amount).
I currently have no position in wbc, but will be watching it like a hawk tomorrow.
