In short, the company chose to raise a few million $$ at 12c through Hartleys and its "sophisticated investors". End result, looks like they dumped most of them onto the market in the weeks & months since. There was no urgency & the company would have been better off with a SPP to raise money through its existing SH's. eg the KAI raising. The MD seems to be in tight with Hartleys.
