yes I agree the spec end of the market is where dreams can become reality but i thought this forum was one for healthy debate about the merits of our investment. obviously i was wrong with this thread as it seems all punters want are only feel good comments. i will subside and good luck and i hope our dreams become wet ones 8===D - - - haha
