chart has 10c all over it

Question is - Why?

Thats the base support now being indicated by the failure at 17c and 17c getting well and truly identified as a capping level.

Needs to confirm and survive 10c before its really going up.

Wonder whats wrong? No doubt we will be the last to know. Chart doesn't care though. Good way to be. Alert but not intrigued.
