I see it as a good thing.
On previous occassions when it has got to this level it has fallen away quickly, this time it has been consolidating for sometime. I think the market is waiting on news from the potential part sale of PNG assets and the beiginning of production in China, these IMO are the next catalysts that will push us beyond the previous highs and into blue sky.

It also spent a great deal of time consolidating at the 28-30c area last July-Oct before moving up to this level, this could be similar to the next upwards move into the high 50's.
