chart indicates a breakout soon

Food for thought ...

... was riffling through a series of charts and on the long term FWL chart, I noticed a huge pennant has formed from July 26, 2007, when the price got up to .85 cents ... with the tip of the pennant due to occur early August - indicating a breakout around that time, to go one way or another ...

... and I can't see it going down, coz it's about as down as it can get, and the .21 -.25 baseline is pretty strong - so I'm thinking it could be be a substantial breakout to the upside, considering the length and size of the pennant.
