That is all true but people pay overs in speculative times - i bet they wouldnt have paid 18 oif the permit was 5+ years away. Im relaxed at the share price down here but cannot see why people think it should be heaps higher and Bernard needs to do something - not much more he can do. Its a simple stock to own
