chart is freaking me out, help

sdl falls bellow last low of 35.5 does it mean its going bellow .30?

1. when is any news due that can make a positive move on sp?

2. someone mentioned the mining license is not being given, is that true or the Cameroon gov waits to see what the go is or what? what is the history with other companies that where granted or not?

3. i am concerned no real significant news is due for like six months or more, correct or not?

looking at fms, leg and pdy the other more jnr iron stocks are also getting hammered worse than sdl

i know the market is bad atm but sdl is bellow .35 i am nervousm, atm the chart is really freaking me out and i need to decide fast
