    No, it's already been below 35.5 cents today and did not fall to 30 cents.

    1.) Financing/partner is expected to be announced in the second quarter of 2011.

    2.) Mining license will be granted upon SDL gaining finance.

    3.) Incorrect. Financing/partner/mining license expected in the second quarter of 2011.

    Why would you be nervous? If you bought into SDL believing in the long term project, fantastic management and fundamentals then you have nothing to worry about.
