Bassy. There are definate signals coming off the chart. This buying isn't just solo traders. Looks like the boys in suits are interested in this as well. But timing cycles and congestion zones don't work like that. A prime example is the PEN chart I posted, I actually had that move in late January and March I think without checking. Although the parralel move alligned perfectly with the present move. I was out on the dates. (although if this move stalls then that blue ellipse would still be valid) As the move started early January. (see PEN chart on main thread).

If you take this present move on GCN it does allign with the beginning of E congestion zone. But that zone also runs to the 20th. And take into consideration, congestion zones signal major events. So that can be both ways. We still need to have a convincing break of A. before any other targets can even be considered.
