    Nothing to do with the 3B imo

    Day before prices had firmed but low volume ( NO SUPPLY )

    Tuesday .. Buying came in from the open good volume and price action well before the 3B announcement

    3B more ended the move than started it.

    I think the buying was a very good sign !
