There is a possibility, and I am not 100% sure, very high chance your data is incomplete. It looks like the report has not taken all his purchases into account, but only till April.

The big thing which is missing in your April report is that Datt bought around $4.5m at average around 8.7c. He sold that at 4c. His loss is close to $2.5m. Yes, a loss of $2.5m for transactions done within a month. Why would he take such a big loss? I will leave it to you. First to confirm data is correct. And second to digest that he took a loss and got out. I wish you well.

What I am alluding is that I have not seen something like this before. Someone spending millions to take a position, and to get out in such a short period, with a loss. Never, with millions involved unless there was known/declared bad news, when it happens often. He could have staggered his sells. But he knew, possibly, that when he starts selling, he has to let know. It will have a dampening affect on SP, and make it harder for him to exit. Or he saw something that he thought my current loss may be much better than future loss. Or he had a personal circumstance - eg I am not saying, but a very personal situation - health/finance etc which just told him - get out. Based on his play for so many years, looks unlikely though. Another decent investor took profit and got out.

I am not saying KNB will not do well. Next announcement could be a monster, and it may be talk of the town. But all current patterns are not favourable.

But getting back to your post - can you please have a look at the numbers and let us know if its right/wrong etc. I have relied on it. I also want to make sure. Hope you understand. All the best.

Interesting to see, perhaps Datt Capital is planning something or selling out slowly. Either way we should see a substantial holder notice if this happens. Their average is bang on 4.5c so either they would be selling for a loss or at the current level (could explain why 4.5c keeps getting reloaded).
Have digged through the announcements for this and pinpointed their average exactly.Not sure why they would have such a short tenure in KNB unless management know something and even then that wouldn't explain Directors purchasing on market today.
