Some consolidation going on right now as shown here with the mulitple moving averages.

Getting funding IS an issue, but there could be some spec buying going on now in anticipation of a near term announcement.

Market looks top heavy to me though, so I wouldn't be suprised if I saw the sp touch 10.5c again....if it goes that way :)

Volume is dropping off too. Would have to break upwards through the 200 day MA on volume to look like a st buy.
