As far as I am concerned, I want the FDA time frame to continue to blow out. We are way at the head of the queue by now and anyone even thinking of following will be scared off. So we not only have a patent and manufacturing barrier to entry of new players, we have an increasing regulatory barrier.

As far a TA goes, who cares, we all know this think will have a big short term move from fonda ANDA approval then a longer term increase as the clinical trials proceed.

This soft period at the end of financial year was a good time to pick up some more (I did) but time is almost out to take a place at the table.
