Pelm if I was convinced we were in a bull market I would have bought the day it closed above 7c as it was a T/A buy - I am playing on a couple of other stocks at present that are also charting buys but I am more at ease with the fundamentals on those stocks,

To many unknowns for me on PLV at present so I am not a buyer even though the chart said it was money for jam to go to 10 or 11c after it broke 7c.
