    (February 05, 2003) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) is now in the process of finalizing the National Minerals Policy (NMP): Promoting Sustainability Through Responsible Mining, the policy instrument that is seen as primary vehicle for the revitalization of the minerals industry.
