Moving house is an exhausting pastime; you have my sympathies.
The joy we are looking at with THR is that there are now TWO VERY important reports which have been released during the past two weeks--uranium and moly/tungsten.
The moy/tungsten report can be reasonably easily evaluated, and my NPV suggests 50 to 65 cents per share if net cash flows are discounted by 12% pa. Production is due to commence early in 2009.
The uranium, however, is at an earlier stage. Here we can apply market comparative values compared to the share market caps of other purely uranium stocks around the world, keeping in mind that THR's four outstanding uranium tenements ALL HAVE MANY OCCURENCES OF URANIUM sampled from them and assayed. Drilling is due to commence shortly at the Daicos prospect at Harts Range, as you would be aware. The uranium could have ,on this basis of valuing, a worth of between $1 to $5 per THR share. This is basically the price of THR having the genuine opportunities to offer investors. Conix
