Chart is looking the best it has for a long time. If it can grind it's way up to $3.10 and hold that level of support then it's a great base to build upon. Wildcard news will be NZ with 550 merchants already signed up. That's almost 10% of CUS fleet and when the last 2 banks eventually sign on expect a re-rating of CUS. I need to clarify but I need the NZ income can utilize TAX LOSSES from the China foreray. ie effectively tax free income for a number of years. So all the more important.
