boppy. I think that you need to make a distinction between shallow / volcanic geotherms and the rest. Shaky ground is a good thing if you own the piece of 'shaky ground' on a volcano that can generate 30MW in stage one and 100MW in stage two. And as for 'scary seas', EHR have landed the finance from IDB. Are you suggesting that this bank is at risk?
