good post megan..you make sense to me...
the only thing I would say is if I was in Tony's position I would be wanting more than 450k....
it's a dog eat dog world and you need to look after number 1...
also if I was Tony I would not care at all what you say about my salary.....you want a big salary then go and find some ore and develop a mine yourself...
other than that I like reading your posts and just can't understand why some of the indoctrinated get upset by you....it should be water off a ducks back...
