    From what I can see, SP moving up, Bollinger Bands expanding, last 4 times they have done this coincided with largish move up in SP.
    MACD crossed up thru Signal Line, Signal Line turned positive.
    SP moved up thru 45d EMA, and 45d EMA turned upwards.
    Looks bullish from a chart perspective IMO.
