lots of resistance at 2.8/2.9 but I think we will break it today or tomorrow,,,,NEU is very cheap, news anyday,fully funded,sector starting to warm up.....IF we get good Persis news which I expect this could be the last chance to get in under 3 cents IMO...
nothing guaranteed but good timing definately increases the chance of a big profit
