We had a look at ROC after someone mentioned it on weekend charting and decided to take a position this morning. I've done a daily and a weekly chart below for anyone interested.
The daily, first chart, shows a long term triangle. The SPP is breaking out this morning. There is good support around .60 and a target equal to the height of the triangle.
The weekly chart shows a bullish morning star pattern and the stochastic starting to turn up.
