    I've noticed the sell side getting thinner over the last few days along with the buy side steadily getting fatter. I wouldn't be surprised if an announcement was on its way.Plenty of good news waiting to be told and from what I've heard, good progress is being made by many companies in DRC regarding contract re negotiations.
