    Surf and Sand, refusing to hand over data may be a breach of contract.

    I have a number of friends very high ranking in the oil and gas industry, and they all say the same thing. The data is also given to the host nation as it belongs to them.

    AOI got the CP data from the puntland government who was a custodian of the data as well as CP.
