I think 3.6/3c or less is on the cards. What can AOI and RRS do in Somali? Not much. No one risk many $mils to bring rig into that trouble Puntland. Look at Mel and Sydney with terror caught yesterday and market can guess what will happen to drilling rig if AOI try to bring it to Puntland.
Georgia is too expensive and harder for RRS to raise BIG $ for that new project. RRS seems getting more trouble for itself!
