If the ar... falls out of the housing market BEN will not be a safe haven at all. Think of all these homeshare schemes they have engaged in. I can see a major PR disaster looming once the mortgagees start dying and their heirs and BEN start fighting over what's left of the value of the property. Can't wait to see how BEN will manage this baby. I am a buyer under $10.00. DYOR
