Oh don't worry that will happen, but it needs to start happening now - I still think the market is overreacting. The stock price has factored most of this in along with the news headlines. People will continue to pay their mortgages for the next 2 years... then the proverbial will hit the fan. There not going to dump their houses tomorrow its a gradual process. Expect to get great dividends between now and 2019.
