Hi KDWC welcome in here. If you just bought in yesterday at this
super low price, Mate Congratulations. MCR market Cap is just
613M at a sp of just 1.15c. If it deeps again on Monday, I'll top up
more. This sp is too low even when MCR won't meet the 8-10KT
guidance for FY2023. This down in ASX market is spurred by the
strong economy of US. When Good News is Bad news. Its all
Powell's Fault LOL. Anyway, MCR has A$85.5M at 31 Dec 2022.
Even if they made just 2.5KT this Quarter, at unhedged Average Nickel price
for the March quarter of US$26,000/T at 80% Payability makes A$78M at 66c exchange rate.
At a MaximumCapex/Opex of A$50M, Net revenue of at least A$28M for the quarter
is possible. That is if MCR makes just 2.5KT Nickel. To meet the Lower Guidance of 8KT,
They need to produce 3.2KT/Quarter. For the higher guidance at 10KT,4.2Kt/Quarter.
If they meet the guidance, Net revenue A$40-$50M.(JMOC)
Nickel Price will rebound, No doubt about it and Ore Reserves will increase at Cassini and
Northern Operations. This times are opportunity to Buy in my opinion. DYOR
