GC Still developing and now looking like it will definitely happen. Wouldn't it be a nice anniversary present to see PEN back at the old high of 2011...on the 14/3/2012 ;-)
Volumes well back up once again. Two of the simplest indicators and increase in Volume and Price...PEN has both in spades.
