I agree that CUE is fundamentally way undervalued.
However, I would think STO would still have to be interested in getting their percentage interests in the above permits (take the revenue, lose all staff and overheads, easy profit). Also, it has been a while since I've been in the oil game but I think the JV voting rights could potentially be important too.
I don't know who these major shareholders are so can't comment on what price would be required before they'd sell.
