Chart: Multi-Year Breakout Approaching?

Looking at a longer term chart, if MRV can reach .007 we'd be looking at a multi-year high and breakout which could bring in some interest from those looking at it from a T/A perspective.

It's also good to see some increasing volume and liquidity. There aren't that many sellers, if we get a positive outcome from the AAT I wouldn't be surprised to see .01 in very short order.
