I reckon that inflection point is probably around 20 cents Charts.
Almost double the sellers in the market to buyers. No stampede
to buy in to MYX prior to results. No Nuvaring massive promises
bugger all delivery. Massive dilution over a 10 year period and a
move from 0% debt ten years ago to $248 million debt at last results.
Prior to that debt was even higher! Further dilution to Mithra and still
no E4 approval. Definitely a yawn of under achievement and disastrous
Teva deal buying in to a massive loss on generics in 2016 that if
financed through debt would have seen MYX in administration!!!!!
So yep share holders footed the bill for SR’s disastrous ill thought
through acquisition that almost cost the company everything. He
tapped share holders on the shoulder. Can’t remember if he bought
in himself and dug deep or if he just asked everyone else to dig deep
whilst he lost all their money and eroded the value of their share holding
for them whilst quietly and periodically selling down his gifted share
holding! If I’m wrong about this could someone out there please
highlight a list of SR’s achievements for potential new investors through
out his CEO stewardship? Perhaps I’ll lash out and take a punt on Myx
should it get belted down to 20 cents tmrw...perhaps it’s near term
inflexion point. If not I’ll be keeping my cash safely in the bank that I’m far
more capable of looking after than trusting SR to mismanage my money
for me!!!!!
