I dont think you need you're own special thread for this ( i mean you dont even hold ) as ive said all TA whether it be bullish or bearish or as you say neutural is welcome within the same place. The more information we can extract from one another's charts the better.
Unfortunately i cannot extract much info from your 15 minute chart, the smaller time frames for a down trending stock become less relevant, compared to the daily chart which paint a better picture for a potential trend reversal, once this trend changes, i believe the smaller time frames become more useful.
Just my opinion of course
