Why have you posted this on here? Really scraping at the bottom of the barrel aren't we? It is an arrogant tweet from a what looks to be a trader who is about 10 years old and obviously hasn't had the experience to be humble about trading just yet.
And in comparison to thousands of other penny stocks I really don't see how the moves have been that parabolic to define it as the most predictable P&D in existence.
