well that remains to be seen.I suppose where i am going with this is i think management is backing itself into a corner in putting to much emphasis on not raising in the market. If they KNOW all is going to spec then bollocks to the banks in 6 7 maybe more months. We have the land, the waste supply,throw out 25 mil shares and lets get the US plant built.
