Good point Spy lord,
But IMO, the stock dynamics will change once MSM ramps up its marketing campaign in the US. I expect foreign buyers will fuel demand for script. Most locals will miss out because once this stock jumps from the gates; there will be no decent pullback until after the competition. ASX has not had anything close to a pure ‘social media’ stock such as MSM and this is why investors have no experience in valuing such a stock.
I expect that once market cap reaches $200 +, MSM will list on a foreign exchange (US and or ASIA)
As ‘Sugar King’ has already pointed out in a recent post:
“The tech world is paying extraordinary valuations for basically what can be broken down into 2 categories:
Volume and retention: the number of people using an "app" and
Activity: the amount of time people spend on that app once they are in it.
“Quite simply, the more people using it for more time = DRIVE VALUE. Not revenue”
(I don't know who SK is, but he sure knows his stuff)
Cheers
Huck
