Daytr... in all presentations and 'talks' they always said 'net debt free' by end of 2014. And that was BEFORE MACA. If you add in MACA, based on their guidance and talks and annoucements they should be 'net debt free' PLUS 15 mill (or whatever MACA installment one is)
Now, they have actually stopped talking about this in the last couple of months. But even in phone calls between posters here and management, this 'net debt free' was restated.
So, we have a position where IN THE MARKET, last guidance is 'net debt free'.
Now, no one believes it as they stopped talking about it. But they have never retracked that statement. And with the 15 mill kick in, maybe they will make it. Now, as we chat here, maybe BDR are not big announcement guys and just 'run on yearly guidance'. Well, within the last year it is easy to find these statements.
This debt free guidance used to be often tied to to the dividend promise. It went 'net debt free and implementing a dividend'.
Actually, if you listen to Peter's chat in America a month or two ago, I do recall him talking about the cash position (not sure if he said net debt free). But he definitely chatted re 'small dividend' next year.
