Dan ... I thought you'd be interested to see that the shorts keep covering. This is current to 27/11/14. Although it may have just been a precaution leading up to the Swiss referendum. I note that there were 4.3m gross shorts placed on the Monday 1st December when we all suffered that massive blood bath. These don't yet show up in the graph below. Of all the companies I follow (BDR, EVN, MML, NST, RRL) BDR is being short covered most aggressively (followed closely from RRL).
