I just worked it out. They are going to need the SP to be @ 21c to convert those 25 million shares.
So, convert 10 million @.06 = $600k
sell 10 million @21c = $2.1 million
Convert 25 million @.06 = $1.5 million.
And thats break even. Gutsy.
They must be thinking of converting all 25 million or it was pointless converting the 10 million now.
