They're pretty smooth operators and do what they can to accumulate. Wouldn't be surprised if it was their idea to put out DXB news then go into halt for CR because they wanted to get a better price raise at lower to save costs on dilution. PAA they took the lions share of their last raise at a premium even because they have a fair idea on how a good Bio goes. More importantly we have to wait about another month to see how good the trial turned out. If good might even see more exposure on free to air national news again
